Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellation By Us:


Please be aware that certain orders may need to be declined or cancelled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order for various reasons. These may include, but are not limited to, limited stock availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or concerns flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team. In some cases, we may request additional verification or details before processing an order.

 

If your order is cancelled—either in full or in part—or if further information is required, we will notify you promptly. Should a cancellation occur after your account has been charged, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Order Cancellation By the Customer:

At Chris Gifts, we reserve the right to accept or decline any order cancellation request at our sole discretion. If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed or approved, we will proceed with the cancellation and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. However, once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. The determination of whether an order has been processed rests solely with Chris Gifts, and customers agree to abide by our decision in this regard without dispute.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following situations:
 

  1. Return of products due to defects or discrepancies from the original order.

  2. Orders not processed due to technical issues.

  3. Order cancellations.
     

Additionally, any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable under all conditions.
