To achieve this, our team ensures that each and every order that we receive from our customers is carefully double - checked, packed and dispatched to its destination. This exercise is done to make sure that our esteemed customers receive our products in a perfect shape!

 

Although WE DONOT ENCOURAGE RETURNS OF ANY KIND OF PRODUCTS but in exceptional cases, we might consider to exchange the product sent to us in lieu of the returning product only if we find the product returned in the same condition as sent and received within 5 business days by us in our warehouse.

Please note that the customer has to bear the cost of courier for sending the product to us and also for receiving a new one from our facility.
